University is becoming the most expensive way to prove you're average.

Four years. $200k. A piece of paper.

Meanwhile, the people building the most interesting companies I know learned by doing — shipping side projects, writing in public, working for someone good.

The credential still opens doors. But the doors it opens are smaller every year.

Real output

Here's what comes out, for an actual LinkedIn post.

Same post, one click. Six comments. Notice what’s not there: no “Great post!”, no buzzwords, no hashtags, no “Couldn’t agree more 🙌”.

Adds a thought

The part that gets missed — most of the value of university isn't the credential, it's the four years of low-stakes failure with smart peers. Hard to replicate that on the open internet.

Asks a question

Genuine question — for someone hiring junior roles today, do you weight a portfolio of shipped work over a CS degree, or is it still useful as a tiebreaker?

Agrees with a twist

Agreed, with one nuance: it depends on the field. For builders, learn by doing. For surgeons, please go to school. The line keeps moving.

Short reaction

"The most expensive way to prove you're average" is a sentence I'm going to be quoting for a while.

Humor

Spent four years learning that meetings can also happen in lecture halls. Truly priceless.

Contrarian

I get the point, but some roles still require a foundation that structured education provides — not everyone learns best by just doing, and a good program can accelerate that baseline.

What you get

Built for people commenting 30 times a day.

Not a chatbot. Not a writing coach. A single keyboard-light loop that drops thoughtful comments into LinkedIn without you ever leaving the page.

Five comments. Six tones.

Every click gives you four constructive tones, one dry-wit humor, and one respectful contrarian take. Pick what fits the post.

The contrarian is marked

Pushback is the most-clicked comment type — and the easiest to fumble. CommentCraft labels it and wraps it in an orange border so you never post one by accident.

Regenerate one at a time

Don't love one of the five? Hit the arrow on just that card. The others stay put.

Daily + lifetime counter

See how much you've commented today and across all time. Tap "−1" if you copied something but didn't post it.

Every feed surface

Top, Recent, individual post pages, infinite scroll, sort changes. The button re-injects automatically — you never lose it.

Nothing stored, no account

No login. No data warehouse. Rate-limiting is anonymous, by IP. Your LinkedIn never talks to a CommentCraft server.

Pricing

One-time payments. Credits don't expire.

No subscription. Pay once, comment until you run out. Then pay again if you want to. Free tier is real and stays real.

Questions

Things people ask before they install.

Does it work on every LinkedIn post?

Yes — main feed (Top and Recent), individual post pages, and the post detail dialog. When LinkedIn re-renders the feed or you change sort, the button re-injects automatically. You should never lose it.

CommentCraft never talks to LinkedIn on your behalf. It reads the post text in your tab, sends it to our backend, and pastes the suggestion into your clipboard. You still write the post yourself by pasting and clicking Comment. From LinkedIn’s side, nothing automated is happening.

A standard model on the free tier and an extended, higher-quality model on every paid tier. The extended model is noticeably better at picking up the post’s actual point instead of generic agreement. We don’t publicize the exact models because we swap them as better ones ship — the labels stay stable.

No accounts, no logins, no per-user analytics. We rate-limit anonymously by IP. The post text is sent to our backend (Cloudflare Workers, globally distributed) only when you click Generate, used to produce the comments, and immediately discarded. We never read your DMs, profile, or connections.

One click of Generate = 1 generation = 5 comments. Free tier gives you 125 generations a month (resets on the 1st). Paid credits are a one-time purchase — they don’t expire and they don’t reset. Use them at the pace that suits you.

Yes. Credits are tied to your license key, not to your install. Re-paste the key in Settings on a new install and you’re back where you were.

Stop typing "Great post!" Start posting comments that sound like you.
