Terms of Service

By installing CommentCraft or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — they’re written in plain English.

1. What CommentCraft is

CommentCraft is a Google Chrome extension that generates AI-assisted comment suggestions for LinkedIn posts. It is a productivity tool intended to help users save time when engaging on the platform. It does not automate posting, scrape data, or interact with LinkedIn in any way that violates LinkedIn’s Terms of Service.

2. License

When you purchase CommentCraft, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the extension on your own devices. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use CommentCraft to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates LinkedIn’s policies
  • Use automated means to abuse the generation system

3. Acceptable use

CommentCraft is intended for individual professional use on LinkedIn. You are responsible for the comments you choose to post. You agree not to use the tool to generate:

  • Hateful, harassing, or defamatory content
  • Spam or bulk automated engagement
  • Content that impersonates others or is deliberately misleading

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses used in violation of these terms without refund.

4. Credits and subscriptions

Credits ($5 one-time): Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire and are tied to your license key. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

Monthly Subscription ($12.99/month): Billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time from within your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscription ($99/year): Billed annually. Cancellation stops future renewals; no partial refunds are issued for unused months beyond the refund window described in our Refund Policy.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or changes to LinkedIn’s platform may temporarily affect functionality. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

6. Intellectual property

CommentCraft, its name, logo, and underlying code are owned by us. The AI-generated comment suggestions produced are provided for your personal use. We make no claim over comments you choose to post on LinkedIn.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

CommentCraft is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the quality, accuracy, or fitness of AI-generated suggestions for any particular purpose. You use the output at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of CommentCraft shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
