We offer a straightforward 7-day refund window for eligible purchases. If CommentCraft is not the right fit for you, please contact us and we will review your request.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”

Include the email address used for purchase and a brief reason for the request.

We typically respond within 1 business day.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. What is not refundable

  • Credit pack purchases where more than 50 credits have been used.
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase or billing date.
  • Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Partial refunds for unused months on an Annual plan after the 7-day refund window.
  • Refund requests after substantial usage of the product during the billing period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access to CommentCraft until the end of your current paid billing period.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund. If you want a refund, please email us within the applicable 7-day refund window.

5. Technical issues

If CommentCraft is not working due to a confirmed technical issue on our end, please contact us. We will try to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may issue a full or partial refund, even outside the standard refund window.

This does not apply to issues caused by unsupported browsers, user device settings, third-party platform changes, temporary service outages, or misuse of the product.
